Under construction
Gotta admit, am forever a sucker for good co-ord sets esp those from fall/winter RTW collection. And so I brought this Balenciaga’s jacket and trousers set to keep me warm during the winter in Paris last December. Was there for only one night so I took the chance to stroll back the memory lane, throwing back to the good old school days, visiting my favorite places, eating my favorite foods and snacks; and of course taking lots of pictures.
Well, how do you like this simple winter look?

Late greetings
Apologize for my late new year greetings.
Wishing you all a very Happy New Year 2020 despite all the floods drama on the very first day of the year but I hope everyone’s alright, safe and sound no matter where you are.
So, long story short, my sister and I decided to stay over at our friend’s house on the New Year’s Eve because it was raining heavily and sis was not feeling well. We woke up the next morning and greeted by the flood surrounging the house, but luckily my car was saved by our friend just before the flood got higher (thank God for ko Apit). Then we were stuck the whole day until the next day with minimum electricity (gone by night time), waiting patienly for the flood to go down and voila, the sun was up and we were rescued back home safe and sound. What a moment to remember indeed.

Arab Street
Well, I was supposed to post this entry last Tuesday but somehow I forgot about it, but anyway here it is!
It was just a random afternoon walk right after we had our daily dose of coffee and before our super late lunch. And as you might have seen on my instagram, I finally went to the newly opened Arabica Coffee in Singapore as I had been craving for their coffee ever since my last Hongkong trip, which was last year I believe. It was so good that I can’t wait to be back again tomorrow.
What I wore: Duma dress that I altered, Eesome X CK dress shirt as an outer, Kenzo Tali bag and shoes are Christian Louboutin’s Xiloboot.

30 and healthy
And just like that, 30 years goes by in the blink of an eye.
First of all I would like to say THANK YOU SO MUCH for all the Birthday Wishes and I am so sorry I couldn't reply all of your messages one by one; but thank you, thank you and thank you from the bottom of my heart, I feel really loved by all of you and it means a lot to me.
Well, I didn't wish as much this year, I just want all of us (YES, ALL OF US) to be happy and healthy, trying not to regret the past and start planning for a better future. To choose our own happiness rather than pleasing others. I know it's not easy but let's try our best together :)

And by the way, Birthday giveaway is coming up on the blog too!

Pink Overdose
What's left from my latest trip to Sydney, the pink overdose outfit! Actually, I got quite many questions regarding the outfit that I wore here, so make sure to scroll till the end of the post to find out about the details ;)
Well, it's been a while since I last wore a matching suit, isn't it? At first, I was deliberating whether I should just wear the suit formally or not, but at last I decided to wear it rather casually because we were just having a casual lunch here after all hahaha. So, how do you like this look?

Oversized obsession
Currently lounging around, listening to Beyonce's songs in the corner of my sister's place in Singapore while I'm typing this. I am actually here for a one night transit before continuing my trip to Bangkok tomorrow morning.
Talking about Bangkok, I am so excited for yet another trip with Gucci for their Fall Winter 2019 viewing collection. Meanwhile, here goes some outfit pictures from last Monday featuring my oversized obsession, the Gucci GG marmont.

30, Avenue Montaigne
Have you heard? Dior has finally launched their new "IT" bag today! It is made from three smooth leather (French box calfskin, soft calfskin and silky lamb skin) and named after the Maison's original address in Paris: The Dior 30 Montaigne. The bag features a flap front with a bold CD clasp as a twist, like a seal that Christian Dior used for their perfumes. It is definitely sleek and versatile.
And just so you know, you can wear this flap bag in six ways: cross body, double strap, hand carry, shoulder carry, arm carry and clutch, how fun!

Cremorne Point
It was Easter Monday when we went to Cremorne Point Wharf and found this hidden spot where you actually can see the panoramic view of Sydney city, including the Opera House and of course the iconic Harbour Bridge, just like what I shared on my instagram story yesterday.
Battling the harsh sunlight, dolled up in my all time favorite striped shirt and these black high knee boots. Layered on top the shirt is Gucci pussycat sweatshirt.
Hair clips are from Casa Caya and Sjk Atelier.

Dior Academy
It was one fine Tuesday afternoon where the weather was rather perfect so we decided to head out for a quick photo session and of course for coffee. Accessorised in Dior and making myself comfortable in this neutral palette.
Outfit details : Zara lace dress, ATS for Anaz blazer, Dior earrings, Lady Dior bag and
Dior Academy thong sandals.
From Dior's latest SS19 Collection, the Dior Academy thong sandals.
Tone-on-tone elasticated "Christian Dior J'Adior" edgingTransparent 6.5 cm wedge heel with screw in the shape of a star, one of Christian Dior's favorite symbols.
Well, I guess I've been surprising people with my choice of not so high heels lately but well, I am currently practicing to wear shorter heels for a greater future, if you know what I mean ;)
Any thoughts?

Evil Eye
I'm pretty sure I haven't posted any pictures of myself posing at The Pigeon Valley in Cappadocia up until today (on instagram) because well, I've been saving these pictures for the blog. I kinda fell in love with this place ever since the first time I looked it up on google; I even planned my outfit way before the trip. Obviously tried a little too hard to blend in with the evil eye tree hahaha.
Anyway, speaking of which, did you know that back in the day, people believed that carrying the evil eye amulet will protect you against the evil eye curse? I actually find the meaning behind evil eye symbol is really interesting, and just in case you wanna know about it but too lazy to look it up, here you go:
"The evil eye is a curse or legend believed to be cast by a malevolent glare, usually given to a person when they are unaware. Many cultures believe that receiving the evil eye will cause misfortune or injury. Talismans created to protect against the evil eye are also frequently called 'evil eyes'."

Winter sun
I feel rather sad that our Turkey trip with Indah Tour has ended but at the same time, I feel happy that we brought back many good memories with us, just like these pictures we took on our first day in Cappadocia. It’s been somewhat 8 years since I last visited the city but I couldn’t recall that much since we didn’t take as many pictures back then.
It was around 2 degrees in the afternoon and thank God I had enough clothes on since the wind wasn’t that strong. Survived the entire day with a pair of long john, thick knitted sweater and the semi winter coat. I matched my outfit with a pop of red Fendi boots and yellow lensed Gucci eyewear from Optik Seis.
