Cremorne Point

It was Easter Monday when we went to Cremorne Point Wharf and found this hidden spot where you actually can see the panoramic view of Sydney city, including the Opera House and of course the iconic Harbour Bridge, just like what I shared on my instagram story yesterday.

Battling the harsh sunlight, dolled up in my all time favorite striped shirt and these black high knee boots. Layered on top the shirt is Gucci pussycat sweatshirt.
Hair clips are from Casa Caya and Sjk Atelier.

Carvings

I carved my name on my sweatshirt just in case I forgot my name. Just kidding, you know how I love everything personalized; it's the strong feeling of ownership, it's unique and it's always hard to say no whenever possible to make one.
For your information, this personalized Marina Hoermanseder sweatshirt is available for order at Lady Bijoux and it's available in many colors too!

I layered mine with a plain dress shirt and paired them up with a matching multicolor Balenciaga arena bag and a pop of yellow Gucci sunnies I scored from Optik Seis. Wore them during a gloomy day in Seoul, a very windy and cold one but it's never to cold for some pictures ;)

Jet lagged

It's currently 5AM here in Hong Kong and I've been awake since 4AM this morning, so I thought why not write a new entry on the blog since I've been MIA for almost a month here. Good thing I still have quite lots of pictures to be shared from my recent trips to Korea and USA, so expect a few blog entries this May, Amen.

Anyway, these pictures were taken in Busan and well, it was my first time visiting the town, thanks to Indah Tour! I First knew about Busan because I watched too many K-shows back in the days and heard that they are famous for their sashimi (Hwae), it is different form Japan's since they use different kind of fish and seasoning but believe me it's heaven! If you're fond of sashimi, please have a try :)

Back to Busan, here I was wearing a beautifully embroidered oversized jacket from Red Valentino to keep me warm because the weather was killing us, we thought it would just be 16-17 degrees but the wind made it like 6-7 degrees during our stay, thank God I brought a few jackets that are not so thin including this one. By the way did you notice that I changed my picture tone? It's a bit yellow ish compared to before but I kinda like it just for a change, for now. But, what do you think about it? Which one do you like better?

Never not holding a cup

I kinda feel that Japan is just another Australia; in this case, it's about their coffee. It's really a piece of cake to find good coffee in Tokyo just like in Sydney, right? Even the famous, not to mention my favorite Arabica Coffee in Kyoto is a par with Campos. Disclaimer: it's only my opinion.

Anyway, it was just last week I came back from Tokyo and now I need to pack my stuff again for #travelwithindahtour to South Korea and we'll be flying tomorrow night! I am not complaining, just excited for another working holiday trip, to be reunited with the full team once again and it's gonna be another crazy yet memorable trip for sure! Don't forget to catch us on our Instagram accounts for the craziness ;)

Meanwhile, here goes another outfit pictures, still from our latest trip to Tokyo. Went all neutral, like usual for a coffee break while waiting for the rest shopping around the area.

Roller Coaster

The one item that I used most of the time during my last trip to Florence, Il Bisonte baby doctor bag. I first knew about the doctor bag because I scored the big one in Jakarta and then I got introduced to this extra lovely baby version while visiting their store in Florence; it was like love at the first sight and I knew then I had to have the bag.

Well, the bag might look small but don't underestimate it because you might also be surprised to know that my Olympus camera can fit inside, not just the body but with the lens as well! Yup, no kidding. Good news is that Il Bisonte baby doctor bag is coming to Jakarta super soon, so be sure not to miss it because I believe they don't have that many stocks here. And oh, it's also available in black color! ;)

One cup

Just some little souvenirs from Kangaroo Valley, from the Airbnb that we stayed for two nights a few weeks ago.
With a cup of coffee in my hand and This is April pieces on my body, we were so enthusiastically ready to explore this beautiful cottage, thus the oh-so-many pictures. You know I always have a soft spot for everything white and lovely interiors, well who doesn't.

Anyway, I'm not sure if you noticed, but shades of blue have been my favorite palette lately. Without realizing it, my wardrobe is now filled with so many blue and striped clothing, including coat and pajamas. It used to be always white, even half of my closet is full white pieces; you won't believe just how many white shirts I own, even myself couldn't believe it. I once bought the same white shirt because of my old brain, hope it doesn't happen again, or at least not anytime soon.

Paired up both shirt dress and kimono kind of dress from This is April as one whole look by layering them clothes to keep me warm; don't worry I had one back up jacket for when it gets colder. Fortunately, these two layers and this pair of comfy boots is enough for the sun was being friendly the whole afternoon.

Oversized shirt and everyday hair

Many people said that my hair is getting nicer lately and well, I kinda agree with that. The secret? It's the haircut.... and a few other things, just read until finish, hmm?

I used to have damaged hair to the point that I didn't need to cut my hair because it keeps breaking messily, even curling it wouldn't make my hair look as good. So, when I got my healthy hair back, I asked my favorite hairdresser, Andreas Zhu to handle my hair, to do whatever with it because I trust him, and voila.

First, I got a nice haircut, letting go all the dry and split ends! And then, he told me to get my root permed in order to give more volume to my flat roots, so be it. Lastly, I got my hair highlighted for more texture and dimension.
PS. About the curl, I actually just curl my hair like how I normally do it, it's really because of the haircut and the styling.

Well, you know how much I love oversized T-shirts, it's so versatile you can style it with just everything. One of my favorite thing to do with it, is just to wear it with a pair of shorts and my favorite high heels on, roll the sleeves up and wear a cute sling bag to complete the look. When having holiday overseas, more experiment is a must; I sometimes wear the plain look with my eye candy shoes over plain socks, a pair of thigh high boots will do the trick too, how fun right?
