Showing off my DIY skill (the cropped shredded top and the chain necklace). Hahaha what do you think?

I was wearing my favourite pantskirt from Magnolia, and Jeffrey Campbell Lita that I bought from Solestruck.
The cropped top used to be my mini shredded dress that I've worn couple of times and so I decided to do a remake of it and tadaaahh I made it into a cropped shredded top. How does it look?
Yup, that's it! Just another summer look =)

Black for summer? Why not? ;)

I was wearing the unique Windbreaker-style Chiffon Montage Back Shirt from Romwe, the new hot item in my closet. High waist pants from Pink Label and shoes from Charles & Keith.

Just received a package from Romwe a few days ago and I was so happy to see that this unique chiffon back shirt arrived first. Haha yes I ordered many things from Romwe since they have too many nice stuffs and I just couldn't wait for the other stuffs to arrive.

Friday 24 June 2011

Three days ago (June, 22nd), me and a good friend of mine went to the "Hereditary Beauty", product launch and fashion show by Kalika.
Kalika is currently the hottest new shoe line in town, inspired by the beauty of Indonesian culture and nature with the tagline "preserving the Heritage, One Step At a Time". It was founded and made by six talented young students from Raffles Design Institute Jakarta. And yes, it is the new local brand in Indonesia too (so proud to be Indonesian ;)

Check out some of their collection below

The most interesting thing about Kalika Shoes is the details of the amazing Indonesian sculptures in each and every shoes (located on the heels/wedges).
"Be proud of our own heritage" as their mission is clearly shown and represent the shoes.

The amazing designers and the models.

And anyway, see who I met at the event!

Michelle Hendra from miss chelle.

and Diana Caitilin from call me Diiiyn!

It was so great to meet the two gorgeous ladies there as they are so nice and super friendly!

and meet my bf Melissa Susanto, thanks for accompanying me, dear <3

So, what do you think of their designs and collection? Have you already started to eye some of the shoes? Believe me, they are as amazing as in the pictures ;)

Just a quick post about what I was wearing for a lunch with my family on last Sunday which was Father's day.
I was wearing long loose top *again* from Cotton On, blazer from Red Cherry Shop and the shoes are from Forever21.

So, tell me what did you do on Father's day with your family? Did you have a good time together? ;)

Today's outfit inspiration : CANDY!

Nahh, actually this is just another color blocked outfit that I could think of to match my new skirt. What do you think of it? I personally love the color so much ;)
The long sleeve striped top is another gift that I received from Red Cherry Shop. The belt and shocking pink skirt are from Berskha.

Fall trend of polka-dots

ELLE US July 2011

Drooling over the polka-dots shoes and gosh! Look at those long legs *envy*

Always love and enjoy to see flare effects added to a photo, whether it is a real flare or not. It's just so amazing how the flare compliments a beautiful picture and make it into a more beautiful one.
