Summer days

Bali days. And Imma share on how I normally dress up and plan my outfits for summer days, esp in (island) places like Bali.

One, I always invest in swimwear that I can mix and match with my daily wear because I believe nothing is too sexy to wear in Bali.
Two, I tend to keep my look rather simple, like when I'm wearing a hat, I try not to wear sunglasses too, or the other way around. Also, I try to avoid wearing too much accessories.
Three, choose neutral palette because Bali is already vibrant ;)
Last, I need to be comfortable with what I'm wearing, meaning: I won't force myself to wear something that makes me less confident; in my case, flats.

A pop of yummy pink

It's been a while since I last visited Bali, stayed for quite a few nights and had a chance to stroll around the city. Normally, we would only stay for 2 nights, well 3 max and would just settle at the villa and have our food delivered, thus I didn't really know much of the happening places in Bali.

Imagine how happy I was to discover many places for the first time during our latest trip, like La Joya Ii Biu Biu here, Motel Mexicola, Mrs Sippy and Nalu Bowls! I bet you are laughing at me right now, but guess what? It doesn't help because I still don't know that much of them places, so why don't you help me here since I'll be going to Bali again next month :)

Any recommendation is welcome, guys! and thank you in advance :)

Featuring my current favorite eye candy, this lovely Weat toast bag in yummy pink and it's also available in many colors at Lady Bijoux.
What I love about this bag is that you can wear it in many different ways, as a sling bag, belt bag, clutch, you name it, you can even use it as a bag charm. You know you can never get bored styling the toast bag ;)

Flare and shadow

Still from my latest trip to Bali and this was at the first villa that we stayed in, The Santai. As you can see that they have a very nice lobby area with beautiful lighting and stairs, so taking mandatory outfit pictures is a must ;)

Dolled up in THEA by Thara's pre-fall 2015 collection of flare pants to beat Bali's heat. Well, you know how the style from the 70s is coming back again since the beginning of last year and not gonna lie, I'm not a fan though I used to have some pairs of flare pants back then and I looked ridiculous wearing them. However, the right pair of flare pants with lovely pattern and fine material like the one I wore here is truly an exception, just look at how lovely it is, how can you not love it?

Just a gift from Bali, some new outfit pictures (details below). We visited Bali's current IT place: BURO, it's a concept store and coffee shop with a very nice ambiance and lovely interiors, not to mention that they serve good coffee as well. Anyway, I'm currently preparing for my Bali travel video to be uploaded on my youtube channel so please wait for it and stay tuned ;)

Bali photo diary

Well, it's actually more like "RIMBA Jimbaran Bali photo diary" right here. Anyway, we had such a great time experiencing and exploring Rimba Jimbaran along with Ayana Resort in our recent visit to Bali last week and here are some proper and random photos we managed to capture during the stay. You know, Bali is always a good choice when it comes to relaxation and sweet escape in Indonesia and I just can't wait to go back again.

Dinner by the pool on our first night at Unique Rooftop Bar and Restaurant with the beautiful night view, trying so many of their recommended pass around tapas menu and I couldn't even pick my favorite dish!

Daily breakfast buffet at To'Ge Restaurant and I'm loving their latte to the core.

Beautiful (private) Kubu Beach. Stay in one of Ayana property and you're free to visit this heavenly beach as much as you want.

Dimsum buffet at AhYat Abalone Seafood Restaurant just in front of Rimba Jimbaran's lobby.

Super relaxing Hydromassage in Aquatonic Seawater Therapy Pool at Ayana Resort.

Sunset experience at Rock Bar, Ayana Resort.

And this is my favorite Unique Rooftop Bar and Restaurant in the morning, perfect for sunbathing, snacking and sipping some refreshment drinks.

Last but not least, I'd like to thank RIMBA and Ayana for the lovely hospitality and excellent service :)
