The One Power Shine Lipstick & Colour Impact

Here I go again with The One series by Oriflame and this time around, let's go with power shine lipstick and colour impact. Actually, I've already reviewed both of them but I'm not sure if you guys still remember the cream eye shadow since I rarely use it. Well not that I don't like it, I use it for certain occasion and event only. Anyway, below is my make-up look using both of the products above.

Anyway, just a quick recap and additional tips: for this cream eye shadow in shimmering steel (colour impact), I normally apply it on the eyelid with my fingertip so that it will blend well with my usual white (glittery) eye shadow and also to make it look more natural. However, if you are going for a very vivid smokey eyes, you can use your normal eye shadow brush and you can get the darkest shade of grey.

As for this power shine lipstick in trendy berry, it's my kinda daily lipstick (nowadays) aside from The One colour unlimited lipstick in mocha instensity. I use both of them alternately depends on the occasion but well I use this less often than the other one. Don't get me wrong, for a day out with less activity, this power shine lipstick is definitely my choice. For me, applying daily lipstick should not be that difficult like using lip brush or other tools with technique since we are not aiming for a photoshoot or formal event because use it straight to the lips turns out to be okay too ;)

Personal favorite from Oriflame's The One

So after reviewing so many The One make up products by Oriflame, here it comes my personal favorite of them all: colour unlimited lipstick and of course the almighty eyeliner stylo. Well if you haven't got the chance to read the reviews and want to know more about these products, you can read them here and here.

Many people are still asking about the lipstick that I often use and as you can see, the colour unlimited lipstick in mocha intensity is still my favorite so far. It's easy to use, long last, has lovely color, not sticky and well I just love it ;)

As for this magic eyeliner stylo, I don't think I need to elaborate on why do I favor it. You know, eyeliner is just my very best friend especially when it has perfect shape to do my signature eye make-up even without any eyeshadows. Not to mention that it's easy to use but doesn't smudge easily. MAJOR LOVE!

And that's all for now and please be patient for all of Oriflame's The One products because they are coming to Indonesia real soon ;)

Oriflame's The One Colour Match Eye Shadow Duo

Monochrome eye shadow, the name that I could think of when I was about to try this: The One Colour Match Eye Shadow Duo by Oriflame. Believe me or not but you can definitely use this eye shadow for your everyday makeup because it's quite light compared to the others that I've tried previously.

As you can see above or below, I use the white one as an eye shadow base to blend with the black one (upper) so it looks more natural and not too thick. Not only that, I also use the white eye shadow for my under eye and then I'll finish it with a touch of light glitter, just like usual. And it turned out just as good for daily use, agree?

You know, I should say this particular eye shadow combination is really perfect for travel make up if you don't ever want to bring so many make up thingy for your short holiday, it's just so convenient and efficient. So, be sure not to miss this once it hits Oriflame's catalog ;)

Oriflame's The One Colour Unlimited Lipstick

I guess you guys have already noticed that ever since I dyed my hair dark, I kinda use lipstick more frequently than before. And the one that I've been using these past few days happened to be one of my favorite shade of lipstick, it's The One Colour Unlimited Lipstick (mocha intensity) by Oriflame. The color itself is more pink and bright but not shiny compared to power shine lipstick that I reviewed before yet it smells as nice and I should say that the lightness of the lipstick is just everything. Just like what I mentioned before, thick lipstick is so uncomfortable.

Well, no need to worry, this lipstick is also not sticky and lasts longer just like The One power shine lipstick. However, in terms of color I prefer this one as it matches my hair more than the previous one, don't you think so? ;)

Oriflame's The One Eyeliner Stylo

Here goes my very-very important thing when it comes to make-up, eyeliner. You know that I can never live without this particular thing (literally of course) and no matter how thin my face make-up is, I won't leave home before applying eyeliner on my eyes first. So, choosing the right one is really crucial especially when you have your own signature eye makeup look. So, I dared myself to try this new product I received from OriflameThe One Eyeliner Stylo and as you can see, it turned out just as good as my usual one (pat myself on the back).

From my experience of using this eyeliner stylo for one week, I can say that it doesn't smudge easily and though it's a stylo (pen-like-eyeliner), the thickness of the tint, is exactly what I need in order to perfect my signature cat eyes. Will definitely get more of this eyeliner for my monthly stock!

Oriflame's The One Power Shine Lipstick // Giveaway Winner

You know, I don't usually put on lipstick daily because I prefer my lips to be plain nude. However, when I feel like using one, I opt for The One Power Shine Lipstick in trendy berry by Oriflame most of the time. Not only it smells nice, it also lasts longer despite the lightness of the lipstick, oh yes it's not like any other thick lipstick that makes your lips uncomfortable.

What's more? I also like the pink color it gives to my lips, not too pink yet not pale. The best part is that this magical lipstick is not sticky! You know how we girls always hate whenever our hair stick to our lips because of the sticky wet lipstick and well I can say that this is one of my rescue to the problem ;)

Stay tuned for more reviews ;)

Oriflame's The One Colour Impact

Other than The One volume blast mascara that I've reviewed before, this is also one of my secret to a pair of smokey and bigger eyes: The One Colour Impact cream eyeshadow in shimmering steel (dark grey) by Oriflame. I know it somehow looks like a gel eyeliner but well it isn't. Like I said on my instagram that the texture itself is different from gel eyeliner, it's soft yet the color is vivid and not as hard to apply.

For me, I use my fingertip to apply the cream eyeshadow because like many make-up artists said that your hand is actually the best make-up tool ;)

Above is how the eyeshadow look close up. I know it kinda look thick but scroll for the not close up look, believe me it looks naturally smokey.

See? Below is how the eyeshadow look from afar. You know, I totally recommend this particular eyeshadow as it's also one of the gorgeous Elin Kling's favorite The One product. So be sure not to miss this one once it hits the market ;)

Oriflame's The One Volume Blast Mascara

Everybody knows that mascara is quite essential when it comes to makeup, so finding the perfect mascara is quite important too. Introducing one of my eye make up secret that people keep asking about even though I've already posted about this particular product on my instagram a few months back. So here it is once again, The One Volume Blast Mascara from Oriflame.

Why do I love this product? Well, not only it gives a massive volume and natural curl to our lashes, it also helps us to somehow showcase our fabulous lashes with just a few coats. And what's best about this mascara is that you can always get the 'pop' eyes that (maybe) every girl has always wanted without any fake lashes! This magic water proof mascara is easy to apply and also to remove (with eye makeup remover of course) unlike those water proof mascara, this goes on smooth and slick and definitely won't break your lashes when you're trying to remove the mascara. Oh yes I am very addicted.

No fake lashes needed! And of course, till the next "The One" product review, girls ;)

People always ask me about how do I maintain to have a good facial skin and stuff while the truth is, I also have imperfect skin like minor blemishes or acne just like anybody else. However, to prevent and minimize all of those imperfections, I always wash my face regularly and also using The One Illuskin Foundation from Oriflame. Not only it will help your skin to look better and smoother, the material itself is light and oil-free; it gives great coverage and a natural looking finish. What's not to love? ;)

Three main reasons why you should try and use The One Illuskin Foundation:

MBFW Stockholm with Oriflame - Part 2

So here's the second part of my trip to Stockholm city. Once again, I would love to say thank you so much to Oriflame Indonesia and Fimela.com for bringing me to Stockholm and thank you for this unforgettable new experience.

As you can see on my previous post, we went to Oriflame's head office in the morning to learn more about The ONE Collective and I bet some of you are wondering what exactly The ONE Collective is. So here is some information for you.

Today, Oriflame Cosmetics presents the new fashion-inspired make-up brand – The ONE. To launch The ONE and reinforce its link with fashion, Oriflame is the main sponsor at Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Stockholm 2014, gaining inside knowledge from behind the scenes, and trend inspiration straight off the catwalk. The new make-up brand will be used by industry professionals on the models for the shows, proving its high quality catwalk standard.

To support the launch of The ONE, Oriflame has founded The ONE Collective – an exciting collaboration with beauty and fashion influencers such as bloggers, make-up artists, models and stylists from around the world. The ONE Collective will share their fashion and beauty inspiration, expertise and tips, giving Oriflame fans on-trend fashion advice and beauty know-how. Elin Kling, the world famous fashion entrepreneur and blogger and editor in chief of STYLEBY magazine, will be the Global Ambassador for The ONE Collective. Throughout 2014 Elin will be attending global fashion and beauty events, writing about current trends and imparting expert advice to Oriflame fans.

Back to the journey, right after visting Oriflame head office, we went to H&M Design Award 2014 - Eddy Anemian and this is what I wore that day.

Shirt - Chocochips
Neoprene top - & Other Stories
Neoprene skirt - & Other Stories
Shoulder bag - Valentino
She wolf pumps - Charlotte Olympia
Oversized hat - Zara

"I like the idea of sensuality, and perhaps even glamour. I wouldn't object to that description. But I don't want any nudity. Rather, I tend to cover the body, and I just wanted to play with proportion - the idea of lots of patterns, or cutting jackets with really high collars that make you carry your head in an aristocratic way."

Not really wearable, well maybe some are, however watching this particular design award show was really different as for me it was something new and really fresh to watch. Don't you think so? I heard that the collection is somehow inspired by Tilda Swinton in the movie I Am Love, and the French painter Ingres, hmm really interesting.

After the H&M Design Award 2014, we went to grab a quick lunch at Berns Salonger and went straight to attend Mayla F/W 2014 by Marlene Abraham, here you go.

Very contrast with the previous show as Mayla F/W 2014 collection is simple and of course wearable. Some photos above were somehow my favorite pieces from the collection especially the last look. Sheer silks and monochromatic prints, touch of gold and a palette of deep purple and emerald, what a concept ;)

Well the journey didn't end there as we were transfered to Oriflame Head Office again for the interview section. I was so excited that I got the chance to interview Elin Kling exclusively, yes by exclusively means one on one. Well, if you didn't know who she is, you should by now. Despite how big she is in the fashion industry and being the Global Ambassador of Oriflame's The ONE Collective, she is still really nice and humble, I'm such a big fan.

Another interview section with the Senior Director in colour cosmetics, fragrance and accessories and the Executive Vice President Global Marketing and R&D of Oriflame. At the end of the day, of course we got to know about Oriflame and The ONE Collective better.

And the last event of the day was dinner with all the Oriflame's ambassadors, beauty bloggers, fashion bloggers, journalists and many more from more than 10 countries. It was awesome to have the chance to meet and make friends with new people and of course knowing more about make up products especially The ONE Collective by Oriflame, not to mention the new experience of making our own lipstick and the exclusive visit to Oriflame's perfume factory. I can't thank Oriflame Indonesia enough for this whole new experience, but thank you, thank you and thank you.
