Rose heart

So, I decided to use my hair clip extension again for this post. I really don't know why but maybe because it just felt right. I promise you the short hair will be back for the next post okay. And anyway, happy weekend guys =)

I'm back!! I'm really sorry for missing again these past few days but here you go, a new update from yours truly. Yarn cape // Giveaway winners

Okay, okay, here's an update for you guys. Anyway, I just changed my hair color into plain red a few days ago so this will be the last time you'll see this old ombre hair. Rest assured, I can still wear the hair clip extension if I want my ombre hair back, but as for now I'll stick to my new red head ;)

Military service

I'm really sorry I've been missing for a few days now as I just reached Jakarta like two days ago and I just got the time to update my blog at this time, yes at 2AM in the morning. So, my eldest sister managed to snaps some pictures of my outfit the day I was about to go to the airport in the afternoon and this is the look that I pulled off.

Rue de Berri

I know I've said this so many times before but time really flies too fast, doesn't it? Three wonderful months I've been living here in Paris and as you can read from my twitter since a few days ago, I'm going back to Jakarta tomorrow, only for holiday though because I'll be returning back again to Paris in early January next year. So, till I see you again Paris <3

Opera

I was quite surprised with the weather these past few days but I'm so thankful for that since I still can wear my shorts out without feeling that cold, yes, no kidding. Went out to grab some lunch with Gabby of My Jelly Jar near the opera this afternoon and no need to ask, of course she helped me to get these lovely shots afterwards.

I wore shorts too okay.

Cartoon lady

Been neglecting my Cambridge satchel for quite a while now and finally I had the time to take it out again. Went to Indonesian embassy for a quick lunch because someone (read: the princess) has always been craving for Indonesian foods. Well, the weather has been really nice lately so I decided to go out with wearing only a long john top (covered it up with this lovely blouse), a leather jacket and a pair of shorts. It was just nice, really.

Zippers

Accompanied the princess a.k.a my eldest sister a.k.a Madame Huillet to Galeries Lafayette this afternoon to shop and eat and shop and drink and shop and so on. And just before we went back, she willingly agreed to help me to do my ritual which is taking photos of my outfit of the day. How sweet my sister is ;)

My name is Sherlock Holmes

Tadaaahhh, As you can see, for Halloween this year I decided to go as Sherlock Holmes. Surprised with my choice? Hahaha it's simply because I'm not really into those scary or spooky ghost things.

So, I had been literally looking around all over the city just to find the vest and the hat! And thank God after 2 days of searching here and there, I found them at some vintage markets. However, the unfortunate thing was, I can only find the vest in men's section which means the size is waaaay much bigger than my normal (asian) size and sooooo I tried to alter it my way (but it's still slightly bigger *sad*). The craziest part was making the smoking pipe and the coat. You won't believe I made the pipe from one of my paper shopping bag (yes, a paper bag) because the material is strong enough to create a fake pipe. And as for the coat, it was actually a normal trench coat (with sleeves) but after some cutting and sewing, voila! It turned out not so bad, right? ;)

Anyway, Happy (late) Halloween!!
